One of the central ideas in yoga philosophy is ‘ahimsa’ or ‘non-harming’. In the Moksha community we work together to practice ahimsa toward the environment. Sometimes the prospect of lowering our carbon footprint and living more sustainably feels overwhelming. These monthly videos give simple ways to live a more green life.
